These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website and set out the basis on which we supply our products to you.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
Your order is confirmed once it has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline an order where necessary, including in the case of product unavailability or payment issues.


3. Our Products

Each Glen Prince piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.

We make every effort to present colours and textures accurately. However, slight variations may occur depending on your display settings.

All products are subject to availability.


4. Pricing & International Orders

Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise indicated.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.


5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its authorised payment partners.

We do not store full payment card details.


6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide estimated delivery times for your convenience.

While we work with trusted carriers, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.


7. Returns & Cancellation Rights

We hope you are delighted with your purchase.

If you change your mind, customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us promptly with details and photographs where possible.

We will review the matter carefully and ensure it is resolved fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
