International Shipping — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
To provide a seamless international shopping experience, Glen Prince ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to most major destinations, including:
- European Union
- United States
- Japan
- South Korea
For these destinations, all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout.
This means no additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
We are continuing to expand our DDP coverage to additional countries.
Destinations Not Covered by DDP
For destinations not currently eligible for DDP shipping, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
In such cases, these charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
If you are uncertain whether your country is covered under DDP, our customer services team will be pleased to assist prior to purchase.

While we do not currently offer dedicated gift wrapping services, every order is prepared with care and attention.

We work predominantly with high‑quality natural fibres including cashmere, fine lambswool, merino wool, linen and cotton blends.
