万が一、商品の返品をご希望の場合は、以下の条件が適用されます。
1. 返品について
英国およびEUにお住まいのお客様は、商品受領後14日以内に返品を申請いただけます。

事前のご連絡および確認なしに返送された商品は、誠に恐れ入りますが、お受けできない場合がございます。
2. 返品商品の状態
返品商品は、未使用·未着用であり、タグ·セキュリティラベル·付属品·包装がすべて揃った元の状態である必要があります。
着用、洗濯、加工、破損、ならびに香水·化粧品·煙草等の匂いが付着している商品はお受けできない場合がございます。
セキュリティタグや付属品が取り外されている場合、返金対象外となる場合がございます。
商品の性質および状態を確認するために必要な範囲を超えて使用されたと判断される場合には、返金をお断りする、または相当額を減額させていただくことがございます。
条件を満たさない場合、商品をお客様へ返送させていただく場合がございます。
3. 返品送料
不良品の場合は当社負担。
それ以外はお客様負担。
4. 返金について
返金は、返品商品を受領後14日以内に、ご購入時と同一のお支払い方法にて処理いたします。
商品に不具合が確認された場合を除き、当初の送料は返金の対象外となります。
5. 不良品について
お届けした商品に不具合があると思われる場合は、できる限り詳細および写真を添えて、速やかに当社までご連絡ください。
内容を慎重に確認のうえ、適切な対応をご案内いたします。
